00 HOUSE BILL NO. 54 01 "An Act making a special appropriation to the Department of Revenue for grants to 02 minor children of incarcerated individuals; and providing for an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. The sum of $5,000,000 is appropriated from the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045) 05 to the Department of Revenue for grants under AS 44.25.020(6). 06 * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 1, 2011.
