AS 39.30.090(a) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read: 08 (13) Preventive health services benefits provided to a person receiving 09 retiree medical benefits under AS 14.25, AS 22.25, or AS 39.35 may not be less than 10 the preventive health services medical benefits provided to the active members of the 11 respective system.
