01 "An Act relating to the amount of the transfer from the earnings reserve account of the                                 
02 Alaska permanent fund for 2010 permanent fund dividends; and providing for an                                           
03 effective date."                                                                                                        
04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
05    * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section                          
06 to read:                                                                                                                
07       AMOUNT OF THE TRANSFER FOR 2010 PERMANENT FUND DIVIDENDS.                                                         
08 Notwithstanding other law, the amount of the transfer from the earnings reserve account                                 
09 (AS 37.13.145) to the dividend account (AS 43.23.045) for 2010 permanent fund dividends                                 
10 equals one-half of 21 percent of the net income of the Alaska permanent fund determined                                 
11 under AS 37.13.145 for fiscal years 2006 through 2010.                                                                  
12    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
