01 "An Act naming the new state fish hatchery on the Elmendorf Air Force Base the                                          
02 William Jack Hernandez Sport Fish Hatchery."                                                                            
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                  
05            Sec. 35.40.225. William Jack Hernandez Sport Fish Hatchery. The state                                      
06       fish hatchery under construction on the Elmendorf Air Force Base in Anchorage                                     
07       scheduled to be completed in May 2011 is named the William Jack Hernandez Sport                                   
08       Fish Hatchery.
