01 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Pharmacy; and providing for an

03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 08.03.010(c)(15) is amended to read:                                                               
05                 (15)  Board of Pharmacy (AS 08.80.010) - June 30, 2015 [2010];                                      
06    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
