00 SENATE BILL NO. 192 01 "An Act relating to the tax applicable to the production of natural gas used in the state 02 as fuel or feedstock in producing a manufactured end product." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 43.55.900(24) is amended to read: 05 (24) "used in the state" means delivered for consumption as fuel in the 06 state, including as fuel consumed to generate electricity, or delivered for use as raw 07 material for creating in the state an end product that involves a chemical 08 transformation of gas or the combination of gas with other components.
