02 Ferry Terminal."                                                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
05            Sec. 35.40.220. Richard "Dewey" Duvall Ferry Terminal. The South                                           
06       Mitkof Island ferry terminal is named the Richard "Dewey" Duvall Ferry Terminal.
