00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 35                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning SJR 21, proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State                                   
03 of Alaska relating to and increasing the number of members of the house of                                              
04 representatives to forty-eight and the number of members of the senate to twenty-four.                                  
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of SJR 21, proposing amendments                          
09 to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to and increasing the number of members of                          
10 the house of representatives to forty-eight and the number of members of the senate to twenty-                          
11 four.
