01 "An Act relating to eligibility for loans from the Alaska capstone avionics revolving loan                              
02 fund."                                                                                                                  
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.33.665(a) is amended to read:                                                                   
05            (a)  For an applicant to be eligible for a loan under AS 44.33.650 - 44.33.690,                              
06       the applicant must be the owner or lessee of an aircraft that logs a substantial                              
07       percentage of flight hours in the state as determined by the department. For purposes                             
08       of this subsection, an applicant may be an individual, corporation, partnership, limited                          
09       liability corporation, limited liability partnership, limited liability company, joint                            
10       venture, or nonfederal governmental entity.
