01 "An Act renaming Seldon Road and that portion of Bogard Road that extends between                                       
02 Palmer and Meadow Lakes, as Veterans' Way."                                                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 35.40.035 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                           
05            (f)  In the Matanuska-Susitna Valley, the road known as Seldon Road and that                                 
06       portion of the road known as Bogard Road that extends east and west between Palmer                                
07       and Meadow Lakes, including the road extension to be constructed on the west end of                               
08       Seldon Road and the extension to be constructed on the east end of Bogard Road, are                               
09       renamed Veterans' Way. This subsection does not apply to that portion of Bogard                                   
10       Road that extends north to Wasilla, and south.
