01 "An Act amending the boundaries of the Stan Price State Wildlife Sanctuary and                                          
02 relating to bear viewing in the sanctuary."                                                                             
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 16.20.150(a) is amended to read:                                                                  
05            (a)  The state-owned tide and submerged land and water within the following                                  
06       described parcels is established as a state wildlife sanctuary to be known as the Stan                            
07       Price State Wildlife Sanctuary:

18    * Sec. 2. AS 16.20.150(b) is amended to read:                                                                      
19            (b)  The Stan Price State Wildlife Sanctuary is established to provide                                       
20       permanent protection for brown bears, other fish and wildlife populations, and their                              
21       habitats in the area so that these resources may be preserved for scientific, aesthetic,                          
22       and educational purposes and to maintain and enhance bear viewing opportunities                               
23       within the sanctuary.
