AS 14.17.470 is amended to read: 06 Sec. 14.17.470. Base student allocation. The base student allocation is $5,481 07 [$5,480]. 08 * Sec. 2. Sections 9 and 10, ch. 9, SLA 2008, are repealed. 09 * Sec. 3. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 10 read: 11 RETROACTIVITY. If sec. 2 of this Act takes effect after July 1, 2009, secs. 2, 4, and 12 5 of this Act are retroactive to July 1, 2009. 13 * Sec. 4. Section 13, ch. 9, SLA 2008, is amended to read: 14 Sec. 13.
