00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 35                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 65, relating to breaches of security involving                                   
03 personal information, credit report and credit score security freezes, protection of social                             
04 security numbers, care of records, disposal of records, identity theft, credit cards, and                               
05 debit cards, and to the jurisdiction of the office of administrative hearings; and                                      
06 amending Rules 60 and 82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure.                                                              
07 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
08       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
09 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
10 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 65, relating to                        
11 breaches of security involving personal information, credit report and credit score security                            
12 freezes, protection of social security numbers, care of records, disposal of records, identity                          
13 theft, credit cards, and debit cards, and to the jurisdiction of the office of administrative                           
14 hearings; and amending Rules 60 and 82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure.
