00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 25                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 285, relating to an optional exemption from                                      
03 municipal property taxes for residences of widows and widowers of certain members of                                    
04 the armed forces of the United States.                                                                                  
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 285, relating to                       
09 an optional exemption from municipal property taxes for residences of widows and widowers                               
10 of certain members of the armed forces of the United States.
