00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 10                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 209, relating to the chair of the Regulatory                                     
03 Commission of Alaska and amending the timeline requirements for a final order of the                                    
04 commission.                                                                                                             
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 209, relating to                       
09 the chair of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and amending the timeline requirements                                 
10 for a final order of the commission.
