AS 47.07.020(j), 47.07.020(k), and 47.07.020(n), enacted in sec. 7, ch. 96, 07 SLA 2006, are repealed. 08 * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 09 read: 10 RETROACTIVITY. (a) Section 6, ch. 96, SLA 2006, and AS 47.07.020(l) and (m), 11 enacted in sec. 7, ch. 96, SLA 2006, are retroactive to October 1, 2006. 12 (b) Section 11, ch. 96, SLA 2006, is retroactive to March 2, 2007.
