01 "An Act making a special appropriation for the Alaska State Museum for renovations                                      
02 and building additions; and providing for an effective date."                                                           
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The sum of $7,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department                         
05 of Education and Early Development for the Alaska State Museum for renovations and                                      
06 building additions.                                                                                                     
07    * Sec. 2. The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under                             
08 AS 37.25.020.                                                                                                           
09    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
