01 "An Act naming the state parking garage being constructed in Anchorage north of the                                     
02 Robert B. Atwood Building as the Linny Pacillo Parking Garage."                                                         
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
05            Sec. 35.40.205. Linny Pacillo Parking Garage. The state parking garage                                     
06       being constructed in Anchorage north of the Robert B. Atwood Building is named the                                
07       Linny Pacillo Parking Garage. The name of the facility honors Linny Pacillo, one of                               
08       the original Anchorage "parking fairies," who served the community as an agent of                                 
09       change through small acts of purposeful altruism.
