01 "An Act making a special appropriation for project evaluation for the Alaska gas                                        
02 market system; and providing for an effective date."                                                                    
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.   DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE. The sum of $4,528,000 is appropriated from                                   
05 the general fund to the Department of Revenue for the Alaska Natural Gas Development                                    
06 Authority (AS 41.41.010) for project evaluation for the Alaska gas market system project as it                          
07 relates to providing in-state natural gas to Alaska residents for the fiscal year ending June 30,                       
08 2008.                                                                                                                   
09    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
