00 SENATE BILL NO. 112 01 "An Act relating to the statute of limitations for certain sexual offenses and permitting 02 causes of action for certain sexual offenses that would otherwise be barred by the statute 03 of limitations to be brought during a certain one-year period." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. AS 09.10.065 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: 06 (c) Notwithstanding AS 09.10.140, an action brought under (a) of this section 07 may be brought without regard to when the cause of action accrued if it is pending in 08 any court of this state on the effective date of this Act or is filed within one year after 09 the effective date of this Act. This subsection is fully retrospective. 10 * Sec. 2. AS 09.10.065(c), enacted by sec. 1 of this Act, is repealed one year after the 11 effective date of this Act.
