The sum of $2,337,103 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department 07 of Health and Social Services for payment as a grant under AS 37.05.316 to the Alaska 08 Primary Care Association, a nonprofit association, for a community health centers program 09 during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, for the purposes expressed and in the amounts 10 listed: 11 Operational costs $960,918 12 Replacement funds for federal reductions 286,185 13 Medical cost reduction campaign 240,000 14 Emergency room diversion funding 250,000
