01 "An Act making a special appropriation to fund the longevity bonus program; and                                         
02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The amount necessary to fully fund the longevity bonus program                                        
05 (AS 47.45.010 - 47.45.160) for  fiscal year 2008 is appropriated from the general fund to the                           
06 Department of Health and Social Services for the longevity bonus program for the fiscal year                            
07 ending June 30, 2008.                                                                                                   
08    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
