01 "An Act extending the termination date for the Regulatory Commission of Alaska; and                                     
02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 44.66.010(a)(3) is amended to read:                                                                
05                 (3)  Regulatory Commission of Alaska (AS 42.04.010) - June 30, 2015                                 
06       [2007];                                                                                                           
07    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
08 read:                                                                                                                   
09       EXCEPTION. Section 1 of this Act takes effect, notwithstanding the provisions of                                  
10 AS 44.66.010(c).                                                                                                        
11    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
