00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 125, relating to contributions to the Public                                    
03 Employees' Retirement System of Alaska and the Teachers' Retirement System,                                             
04 participation in the defined benefit plans of those systems, contributions to the health                                
05 reimbursement arrangement plan, and related matters.                                                                    
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 125, relating to                      
10 contributions to the Public Employees' Retirement System of Alaska and the Teachers'                                    
11 Retirement System, participation in the defined benefit plans of those systems, contributions                           
12 to the health reimbursement arrangement plan, and related matters.
