01 "An Act relating to expenditures in aid of or to implement the provisions of the federal                                
02 Real ID Act."                                                                                                           
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 28.05.011 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                           
05            (c)  The commissioner of public safety and the commissioner of administration                                
06       may not expend funds in aid of or to implement or assist in the implementation of the                             
07       federal Real ID Act of 2005 (P.L. 109-13, Division B).
