01 "An Act relating to probation and the offense of minor consuming or in possession or                                    
02 control of alcohol."                                                                                                    
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 04.16.050 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                           
05            (l)  Notwithstanding (b), (c), and (e) of this section, the court may terminate the                          
06       probation of a person sentenced under (b) or (c) of this section before the end of the                            
07       probationary period required under (e) of this section if the person has exhibited good                           
08       conduct and success on probation and continuance of the probation would interfere                                 
09       with the rehabilitation and growth of the person.
