01 "An Act making supplemental appropriations, reappropriations, and appropriations to                                     
02 the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date."                                           
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The sum of $2,998,700,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the budget                         
05 reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska).                                                   
06    * Sec. 2. The unexpended and unobligated balance of the appropriation made in sec. 14, ch.                         
07 13, SLA 2006 (Alaska Housing Finance Corporation - $300,000,000) and the earnings on that                               
08 appropriation are reappropriated to the budget reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of                          
09 the State of Alaska).                                                                                                   
10    * Sec. 3. The sum of $1,655,300,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the budget                            
11 reserve fund (art. IX, sec. 17, Constitution of the State of Alaska).                                                   
12    * Sec. 4. Sections 1 and 2 of this Act take effect June 30, 2008.                                                
13    * Sec. 5. Except as provided in sec. 4 of this Act, this Act takes effect July 1, 2008.
