01 "An Act extending the termination of the state training and employment program; and                                     
02 providing for an effective date."                                                                                       
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  The uncodified law of the State of Alaska enacted in sec. 6, ch. 116, SLA                            
05 1996, as amended by sec. 9, ch. 85, SLA 1998, by sec. 47, ch. 86, SLA 2002, and by sec. 1,                              
06 ch. 86, SLA 2004, is amended to read:                                                                                   
07            Sec. 6.  AS 23.15.620, 23.15.625, 23.15.630, 23.15.635, 23.15.640, 23.15.645,                                
08       23.15.651, and 23.15.660 are repealed June 30, 2014 [2008].                                                   
09    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
