00 HOUSE BILL NO. 214 01 "An Act naming the state parking garage being constructed in Anchorage north of the 02 Robert B. Atwood Building as the Carolyn 'Linny' Pacillo Parking Garage." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read: 05 Sec. 35.40.205. Carolyn "Linny" Pacillo Parking Garage. The state parking 06 garage being constructed in Anchorage north of the Robert B. Atwood Building is 07 named the Carolyn "Linny" Pacillo Parking Garage. The name of the facility honors 08 Carolyn "Linny" Pacillo, one of the original Anchorage "parking fairies," who, 09 adorned in a tutu and fairy wings, served the community as an agent of change by 10 means of small acts of purposeful altruism.
