Section 6, ch. 41, SLA 2006, is repealed. 19 * Sec. 3. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 20 read: 21 RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect after July 1, 2007, it is retroactive to 22 July 1, 2007. 23 * Sec. 4. Section 11, ch. 41, SLA 2006, providing an effective date for AS 14.17.460(a), as 24 amended by sec. 6, ch. 41, SLA 2006, is repealed. 25 * Sec. 5. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
