01 "An Act making an appropriation for longevity bonus payments; and providing for an                                      
02 effective date."                                                                                                        
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. LONGEVITY BONUS PAYMENTS. The amount necessary to fully fund                                          
05 bonus payments under the Alaska longevity bonus program for fiscal year 2008 is                                         
06 appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Health and Social Services for                                  
07 longevity bonus payments under AS 47.45.010 - 47.45.160 for the fiscal year ending June 30,                             
08 2008.                                                                                                                   
09    * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect July 1, 2007.
