01 "An Act making a special appropriation for the construction of a new law enforcement                                    
02 training facility in Fairbanks; and providing for an effective date."                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. The sum of $2,144,996 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department                         
05 of Transportation and Public Facilities for the design and construction of a new law                                    
06 enforcement training facility in Fairbanks.                                                                             
07    * Sec. 2. The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and is subject to                            
08 AS 37.25.020.                                                                                                           
09    * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
