00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 16                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 286, amending the manner of determining the                                      
03 royalty received by the state on gas production by directing the commissioner of natural                                
04 resources to accept, under certain circumstances, the transfer price of the gas if                                      
05 established by transfer price order of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska.                                             
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 286, amending                          
10 the manner of determining the royalty received by the state on gas production by directing the                          
11 commissioner of natural resources to accept, under certain circumstances, the transfer price of                         
12 the gas if established by transfer price order of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska.
