00                  SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 11                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 75, relating to the powers and duties of the                                     
03 commissioner of fish and game, Board of Fisheries, and Board of Game in promoting                                       
04 and preserving fishing, hunting, and trapping.                                                                          
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 75, relating to                        
09 the powers and duties of the commissioner of fish and game, Board of Fisheries, and Board of                            
10 Game in promoting and preserving fishing, hunting, and trapping.
