01 "An Act relating to immunization for meningitis of postsecondary students residing on                                   
02 campus."                                                                                                                
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1. AS 14.48.165(b) is amended to read:                                                                   
05            (b)  A student attending a postsecondary educational institution who intends                             
06       to reside in campus housing shall sign a document provided by the institution before                      
07       the student's initial period of residence indicating that the student has received                            
08                 (1)  an immunization against meningococcal disease; or                                                  
09                 (2)  the notice described under (a) of this section.
