01 "An Act relating to release of information in individual workers' compensation records                                  
02 for commercial purposes; and providing for an effective date."                                                          
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 23.30.107 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                          
05            (c)  The division may not assemble, or provide information respecting,                                       
06       individual records for commercial purposes that are outside the scope of this chapter.                            
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
