00 SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL NO. 99 01 "An Act making an appropriation for construction of an integrated science complex at 02 the University of Alaska; and providing for an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. UNIVERSITY OF ALASKA. The sum of $55,000,000 is appropriated from 05 the general fund to the University of Alaska for the construction of an integrated science 06 complex. 07 * Sec. 2. The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under 08 AS 37.25.020. 09 * Sec. 3. This Act takes effect July 1, 2006.
