01 "An Act making an appropriation for construction of the Richardson Highway/North                                        
02 Pole interchange; and providing for an effective date."                                                                 
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIES.  The                                           
05 sum of $16,5000,000 is appropriated to the Department of Transportation and Public                                      
06 Facilities for the construction of the Richardson Highway /North Pole interchange from the                              
07 following fund sources in the amounts stated:

11    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
