00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 21                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 125, relating to centralized licensing and                                      
03 regulation by the Department of Health and Social Services of certain facilities and                                    
04 programs.                                                                                                               
05 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
06       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
07 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
08 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 125, relating to                      
09 centralized licensing and regulation by the Department of Health and Social Services of                                 
10 certain facilities and programs so that the following language is added to the title:  "relating to                     
11 public assistance for health facilities and assisted living homes, to rates charged by an assisted                      
12 living home, and to the liability of recipients of home or community-based services to pay for                          
13 those services."
