00                   HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 15                                                                   
01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 104, relating to the crimes of unsworn                                          
03 falsification in the first and second degree and false information or report; requiring the                             
04 establishment of a permanent fund dividend fraud investigation unit in the Department                                   
05 of Revenue.                                                                                                             
06 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
07       That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                              
08 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
09 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of Senate Bill No. 104, relating to                      
10 the crimes of unsworn falsification in the first and second degree and false information or                             
11 report; requiring the establishment of a permanent fund dividend fraud investigation unit in                            
12 the Department of Revenue.
