00 HOUSE BILL NO. 1001 01 "An Act relating to retirement benefits and the Public Employment Relations Act." 02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 03 * Section 1. AS 23.40 is amended by adding a new section to read: 04 Sec. 23.40.077. Retirement pay and benefits subject to bargaining. The 05 parties may negotiate terms regarding all retirement benefits, including retirement pay, 06 retirement plans, health and medical benefits during retirement, and occupational and 07 nonoccupational disability and death benefits.
