00 HOUSE BILL NO. 500 01 "An Act amending the principal amount of bonds that may be issued by the Alaska 02 Industrial Development and Export Authority for the purpose of financing the 03 development of Hatcher Pass." 04 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 05 * Section 1. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska enacted in sec. 24(d), ch. 109, SLA 06 1998, is amended to read: 07 (d) The Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority may issue bonds 08 to finance the development of [CONSTRUCTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE] 09 Hatcher Pass [SKI RESORT, PHASE 1], located in the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, 10 or may finance the project by other means available to the authority. The principal 11 amount of the bonds and other financing provided by the authority may not exceed 12 $25,000,000 [$15,000,000].
