01 "An Act relating to golf course alcoholic beverage licenses."                                                           
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 04.11.115(a) is amended to read:                                                                  
04            (a)  A golf course license authorizes the licensee to                                                        
05                 (1)  sell beer and wine on licensed premises located on a golf course;                          
06       or                                                                                                            
07                 (2)  sell alcoholic beverages for consumption only on the licensed                                  
08       premises located on a championship golf course.                                                               
09    * Sec. 2. AS 04.11.115(c) is amended to read:                                                                      
10            (c)  The biennial license fee is $400 for a golf course and $800 for a                                   
11       championship golf course. The license fee and application fee must accompany the                              
12       application for the license. An application must include a drawing of the golf course                             
13       or championship golf course. A sample minimum food menu must accompany the                                    
14       application.                                                                                                      
15    * Sec. 3. AS 04.11.115(d) is amended to read:                                                                      

01            (d)  Food similar to that listed in the sample menu must be available during                                 
02       times when beer and wine or alcoholic beverages are sold, served, and consumed on                             
03       the licensed premises.                                                                                            
04    * Sec. 4. AS 04.11.115(f) is amended by adding a new paragraph to read:                                            
05                 (3)  "championship golf course" means a course, having at least 18                                      
06       separate holes and covering at least 5,900 yards, that is open to the public.
