00 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 390(CRA) 01 "An Act limiting the amount that a municipality may charge for an appeal of a 02 residential real property tax assessment to the municipality's board of equalization." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 29.45.190 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: 05 (f) A municipality may not charge a person more than $10 as a fee for 06 appealing an assessment of residential real property to the board of equalization under 07 this section. This subsection does not apply to a municipality with a population under 08 30,000.
