00 HOUSE BILL NO. 359 01 "An Act making an appropriation to the earnings reserve account of the Alaska 02 permanent fund; and providing for an effective date." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. The sum of $600,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the earnings 05 reserve account (AS 37.13.145) of the Alaska permanent fund. 06 * Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
