01 "An Act naming the Charles Gamble Jr. - Donald Sperl Joint Use Facility in Juneau."                                     
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1.  AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                 
04            Sec. 35.40.195.  Charles Gamble Jr. - Donald Sperl Joint Use Facility.  The                                
05       joint use student recreation center and National Guard readiness center built for the                             
06       University of Alaska Southeast and the Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs                               
07       at Juneau is named the Charles Gamble Jr. - Donald Sperl Joint Use Facility.
