01 "An Act making an appropriation for the construction of the Dowling Road extension;                                     
02 and providing for an effective date."                                                                                   
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC FACILITIES.  The                                             
05 sum of $19,500,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Department of                                           
06 Transportation and Public Facilities for the construction of the Dowling Road extension                                 
07 between Laurel Street and Abbott Loop Road.                                                                             
08    * Sec. 2.  The appropriation made by this Act is for a capital project and lapses under                            
09 AS 37.25.020.                                                                                                           
10    * Sec. 3.  This Act takes effect July 1, 2005.
