05 as amended by sec. 1, ch. 110, SLA 2003, is amended to read:                                                            
06            Sec. 2.  AS 44.33.895 is repealed July 1, 2008 [2005].                                                   
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
