01 "An Act relating to the liability of certain persons for entry and remaining on licensed                                
02 premises."                                                                                                              
03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 04.16.049 is amended by adding a new subsection to read:                                          
05            (f)  A person under 21 years of age does not violate this section if the person                              
06       enters or remains on premises licensed under this title at the request of a peace officer,                        
07       if the peace officer accompanies the person or otherwise observes the person's entry or                           
08       remaining on premises, and the purpose for the entry or remaining on premises is to                               
09       assist in the enforcement of this section.
