03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
04    * Section 1.  AS 44.66.010(a)(9) is amended to read:                                                               
05                 (9)  Alaska Seismic Hazards Safety Commission (AS 44.37.065) -                                          
06       June 30, 2010 [2005].                                                                                         
07    * Sec. 2.  This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
